One of the first things you see as you come into Ottawa from the East,  A car lot that uses a grass field to park on. Old and established. Against all the city rules but it's still there. By the way all car lots must have a paved lot. Asphalt or concrete.  And apparently even gravel won't do.  And this is just down the street from a new restaurant that the inspectors should be visiting. so why don't they see this.
