If your a small business owner, tourist or want to be. - Stay away from Ottawa Kansas.
Persuant to the Freedom of speech allowed by our constitution, I have posted this web site. There are opinions and some facts on these pages, If you don't like what I have to say. Too DAMN bad - I am entitled per the constitution to freedom of opinion, expression and free speech.
