Ottawa Ks July 8th, 2007



I saw this on my way from work on Sunday, I assume it just happened. it's within a hundred feed or so of the levee and flood wall gate, Maybe the ground shifted when we had all the water being held back by the flood gate and levee, Maybe the 18 plus inches of rain we had, Who knows, Will have to take a wait & see attitude until I hear more.
