EQUIPMENT

I believe the units or parts that I sell work, I have no reason to doubt it. However in light of it or them coming from salvaged equipment or unknown pedigree I make no warranties. If it is new and has warranty I will state that in the auction. If it is not stated it is not implied. So unless otherwise stated, all items have a no return and no warranty policy.

SHIPPING / HANDLING

As for postage costs, I only request that the buyer cover actual postage costs or the actual costs involved in shipping and packing larger items! I don't add any hidden "handling" charges and I typically ship items via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (when very heavy) International shipping will incur an additional charge for the extra handling and paperwork. All shipping is subject to export regulations and restrictions. I figure shipping costs using UPS ground,

BIDDER

As a bidder, the only thing I expect of you is that you honor your bid and pay for your item in a timely manner if you are the high bidder. Please don't bid if you are unsure of the item or don't really want it. I am not going to come chase you for payment. If you are the high bidder and payment for your item(s) is not received within 7 days of notification that you were the successful bidder, then I will assume you aren't serious about your obligation as the high bidder, and offer the item to the next highest bidder or resell the item. It's as simple as that.

SOFTWARE SERVICES / DOWNLOADER SERVICES

All software is provided as is and where is. I can not and will; not guarantee the validity, legality or source of any item downloaded from the Internet, I work from the list you provide. I may at my discretion fill up the remainder of the media with freeware as an added bonus to you, This will only be done after the media is filled with the requested media. If I provide extra media that you did not ask for please don't expect to be billed for it, as it is a bonus item. If any of the files requested for download are described or found to be pornographic in nature I reserve the right to refuse the download. I will to the best of my ability provide all files that are requested. I may at my discretion provide them in Zipped or Packed format to save space. I do not "hack" websites so don't ask.

The Fine Print (please read)

First, thanks for looking at or bidding on what I have for sale here. As you can well judge from my feedback file, I do a small bit of selling here at eBay and have a good reputation for fast shipping and fair trading. Feel free to read through my feedback here to see how others feel about my trading.

I offer many things for sale through EBay, E-Bay stores, Trade Direct, Amazon and private auctions and I try to describe all items as accurately as I can. For the most part, I buy and sell used parts, equipment, and some software services. All items I sell are sold as AS-IS and are not guaranteed working unless specifically described as "untested", "not working", "Working??" or "As is". I do try to test most of the parts I sell for proper operation and generally put no reserves on my items.

As mentioned, for the most part, I sell parts which have been removed from machines during upgrades or replacements. As such, I cannot provide any extended type of warranty. I do, however, guarantee that ALL parts sold as working ARE, to the best of my knowledge, working. I also make no guarantee, however, that this item will work in your particular system. If you experience some compatibility problem with this item in your system, I will try to help you solve the problem but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to solve your problem. The item is being sold exactly as represented and described - nothing more, nothing less. I fully support everything I offer and if the item does not work as listed (if listed as working), you can expect a refund or replacement or adjustment. I am generally fairly liberal with my return policy if an item is found not to working as described.

I accept payment in the form of cash, check, money order, Paypal and Bid Pay only. If you pay by cash or money order, I will ship your item the next shipping day after I receive payment (except when shipping by UPS, which I typically do once a week). If you pay by personal or company check and your feedback level is over 10 with no history of negative comments, I will also ship the next shipping day after (at my option). If you are an eBay newcomer or have not yet built up a feedback level of 10 with no Negative feedback and you choose to pay by personal or company check, then I will wait for the check to clear and this may take up to 10 working days. I do not have any provisions to accept credit cards directly except for Paypal.

I reserve the right to refuse to accept bids from any bidder with a history of negative comments or complaints. I reserve the right to end any auction at any time for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel any bid for any reason.

If you have any questions regarding this item, send me email and I will happy to answer it as quickly as I can. However, please don't send me email with 3 hours before the close of a sale and expect an answer. I simply do not hang around my computer waiting for email (you might get lucky though) on "soon-ending" items.
