Drives, monitors, LCD's, systems, CD Rom and all PC cards (Note: monitors or CRT's must not be damaged in any way) We also prefer that line cords not be cut off or damaged to avoid reuse.

MISC:

Active, Passive, Electromechanical, Interconnects, Supplies, Parts ,Desktops, laptops, accessories, software ,Audio, Video, Home, Office, Security ,Clocks, Digital / Analog Watches, Mechanical, Parts

Buildings and accessories:

We accept all manners of buildings, structures, Building support items, Generators, Motors, Mechanical Plants, Electrical Distribution, Air Systems, Water systems and treatment. (Unless such item are classified as Hazardous chemical handling), Chairs, Tables, Restaurant equipment, Etc. (We can also arrange for removal or de-construction if necessary, This will be based on a per job basis)

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL:

Teleamerica Marketing will not accept any item that is deemed dangerous or poses an extreme environmental concern. All items collected or accepted must conform to all applicable federal and state laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations, including without limitation all environmental and OSHA laws.

If you neither have the time OR the space to inventory material you can send it direct to our secure facility where we do the hard work for you. Experience has shown us that we can maximize the return on inventory if we have the time to "work the list". At the end of the day it's you that benefits. (Please notify us at least 48 Hours in advance of any secure shipments that need to be made).
 
 

TELEAMERICA offers two distinct liquidation services and three plans depending on our client's financial requirements and product recovery timeline. The first service is called Product Acquisition, where we immediately take title and delivery of your inventory. This service is a traditional approach to bulk liquidation. The second service is called Auction & Disposition Management, where we manage the complete end-to-end disposition process across our network of online and offline marketplaces on a revenue share basis. We will offer our client's products to consumers at prices substantially above traditional bulk liquidation alternatives, without our client incurring costly fulfillment and resource obligations. For online disposition, we perform various functions including bulk product breakdown, image capture, product description summary, auction and store postings, payment reconciliation, fulfillment services, and first level customer service.

Depending on which service you choose, we will either wire you money to purchase your inventory for the Product Acquisition Service, or, develop a term sheet with a consignment purchase order to begin the Auction Management & Disposition Service.

TELEAMERICA MARKETING will immediately purchase your inventory for an agreed upon price (Depending on Plan), whether small, medium or large quantities, single or multiple SKUs. We will also discuss and adhere to a strategic channel liquidation strategy to help avoid any channel conflict issues as we liquidate your inventory.

Please note:

Each region is responsible for it's own inventory analysis and agreements. Agreements made in one region only apply to that area and not to others. Contracts and agreements made in Illinois or Missouri may not be honored in Kansas, Agreements and contracts made in Kansas may not be honored in Missouri or Illinois.

Contracts made in Missouri may not be honored in Kansas or Illinois. Each area has its own buyer that has the sole responsibility for that region. If you have several locations covering the three state area or are requesting service in another state, Please email sales so we may design a plan to fit your custom needs.

Plan 1

Product Acquisition We take immediate ownership of your excess inventory, at no cost to you. We provide shipping and pickup, We can also arrange for onsite personnel for packaging. We control and own the assets from that point forward, taking all responsibility for inventory, stock , or disposal. Buyback is available if items are still in stock, No guarantees are made of stock availability. No money changes hands between buyer and seller, Teleamerica Marketing acts as a Salvor only. Teleamerica Marketing has full ownership and total control of items to be liquidated.

PLAN 2

Auction & Disposition Management We take provisional possession, Contingent on terms set in contract negotiations, Normal terms are: Ownership is transferred to Teleamerica Marketing with the express understanding that all item will be liquidated, sold or disposed of through online auction services, I.E. Trade Direct, Ebay, etc. and that a minimum fee of 30% will be charged for handling at the time of liquidation. It is also agreed that if said items do not sell within a 60 day time period of being listed that Teleamerica Marketing may at its discretion dispose of said item in any manner it deems appropriate. (Including but not limited to disposal through normal salvage or reclamation services donations to charities, etc.)

Plan 3

Asset Management. We take provisional possession of the items listed. The items are transferred into our ownership and warehouse / storage facility. We store the items for a period of not less than 30 days, but not exceeding 6 months (Depending on contract) During the initial storage period items may be recovered from storage at no initial cost to the Seller. After the initial contract period is up, Teleamerica Marketing takes full possession of the items in storage. During the following 90 or 180 days (Depending on Contract) Seller may recover for a negotiated reduced cost any items remaining in storage. (Note: after the initial contract period Teleamerica Marketing reserves the right to dispose of any item in storage at is own cost as the owner.)
